Richard holds the overall responsibility for the management of the business. He is a creative and innovative thinker and a key driving force behind the ground-breaking pace of change in the business. His out-of-the-box approach and unique business strengths provide the platform for Pro-more to deliver innovative and value-driven customer solutions.

He brings over 20 years of wisdom from technology and online industries with experience in sales, marketing and customer support at an operational and strategic level with companies such as Plessey, Granada and Memorex. He has made his mark by pioneering one of the UK's primary co-sourced Marketing service providers that uses a global delivery model - Pro-more.

Richard has a firm background in Travel & Leisure, Technology, Networking and Telecommunications and is also holds Director and Owner of several IT and People Services companies, including Allied Worldwide. One of his more recent achievements include the creation and success of a 24x7 live chat support programme, which is becoming the industry standard for customer service interactions in high-growth online sectors.

In 2006 Richard established Pro-more, with the idea of enabling mid-sized companies to take advantage of the value and benefits of globalisation without the investment. Since inception, Pro-more has expanded its operations across three continents and lists some of the world's leading online companies as its clients.

Richard enjoys playing all sports especially table tennis where he plays at a highly competitive level. He has been selected to represent Reading & Berkshire on many occasions in Regional and British Leagues.
